Acquire the skills to eliminate negative emotional states such as fear, stress, anger and even phobias (sometimes in minutes) and then replace them with positive states.
Learn how to relax and recharge your batteries and how to access resourceful emotional states at will.
Learn how to communicate more effectively.
As with any new skill, you will need to practice these techniques to become unconsciously competent at them but you will gain the knowledge to get you started and the rest is up to you.
